GSI Food was invited to the Venezuelan Private Sector Mill Wheat Buyers Workshop

The GSI Food team, Reinaldo Pedrique, Andrea Guevara, Stefano Di Lanzo, and Alejandro Villanueva were invited to participate in the Wheat Buyers Workshop for private sector wheat millers in Venezuela, organized by U.S. Wheat Associates in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Our CBDO, Reinaldo Pedrique, had the honor of being a panelist at the event, where he explained the changes in the wheat market in Venezuela and shared our experiences in this area during the last 5 years.

For us it is very important to have participated in this activity in which we were accompanied by great representatives and allies in the food industry in Venezuela, such as Pastas Capri, Mocasa Molinos Carabobo S.A., Siseca, FAPARCA, Molinos Hidalgo, as well as experts in the area of export, finance, trade, among others. Ignacio Calle of Gavilon Group, LLC , Amr. Mostafa of United Bulk Carriers USA and Cris Brown of Hansen-Mueller Company.
