On Saturday, June 18, our young members of the Genios Program traveled with part of the GSI Food team to the INALSA plant in Barquisimeto.
Thanks to the support that INALSA is providing us with this project, the Genios had the opportunity to visit all the facilities and learn about the production process of short pasta, long pasta, wheat flour and Maria cookies.
The objective of this dynamic is for the young people to experience firsthand the operational side of the food industry.
