GSI Food, a specialist in business development for the food world, successfully completed its mung bean export season, also known as Chinese bean and in English as mung bean.
The mung bean is a legume of tropical origin, of bright, bright green colour and with a size between 3 and 5 mm. It contains as much vitamin A as lemon, as much thiamine as avocado, as much riboflavin as dried apple, as much niacin as banana and as much vitamin C as pineapple.
During this season, a total of 1104 tons of this bean were exported, harvested in Venezuela as a recuperative crop for rice producers, which is grown from December to February, when the collection process begins. The main export destination of the Asian market, mainly Vietnam, where a total of 2500 tons are expected to be exported during 2018
