Los Genios have successfully completed all the learning modules and on the last day they made the presentation of the transversal project, in which they had to give answers to 3 questions posed to them: Who are they, how do they see themselves within the organizational world between 5 and 10 years and their action plan to achieve it and how has the GENIOS program influenced them now and in the future?
At the end of the presentations, each of the young people received their certificates, supported by IESA, which has been a key ally for the development of this magnificent project, and we concluded with a little celebration.
In the coming weeks we will know who were the 3 most outstanding “GENIUSES”; remember that the first place will receive a scholarship to study at the University and the second and third place will receive a scholarship for an English and Excel course.
