GSI Food has achieved a milestone, February 14, 2023 will go down in the history of the organization as the day where the GSI Food team gathered to welcome and celebrate the arrival of the UBC Tampa, the 100th ship in 3 years of uninterrupted operations and +2,700,000 MT of products marketed.
Our GSI Food Strategic Commercial Manager, Andrea Guevara, said that “the main challenge was to unite an entire industry to work together to achieve the growth goals we had set and at the pace required by the Venezuelan market”.
Guevara also emphasized that for them, their clients are truly allies with whom they build growth plans together and support each other to overcome adversities.
The celebration took place in port; the father gave a blessing to the GSI food team for all the work and dedication they have put into achieving this goal.
Danny Ramos, Executive Operations Manager, highlighted the importance and challenge of breaking paradigms to develop new strategies in the terminals and achieve more efficiency.
