The international company GSI Food, headquartered in Venezuela and the Dominican Republic, managed last June 9 to get to Puerto Cabello, Carabobo- Venezuela, the first ship of bulk product after 18 years since the last private company did so.
The “Seattle”, coming from New Orleans had the participation of other companies, but it was led by GSI Food, and brought 18,942.71 MT among the categories of Wheat HRW and Paddy Rice.
The MV Seattle was made up of 10 clients from the Venezuelan industry who joined forces to bring the product and keep the plants operational in the country that would allow them to continue serving consumers at the national level.
