In this edition of the Genios Program we expanded the content modules and incorporated a session of special lectures by our allies from: Consorven and the Vanessa Peretti Foundation, COE Consultants and the Venezuelan Observatory of LGBTQI+ Violence.
In the activity, together with the specialists, we addressed issues related to the inclusion of people with disabilities, sexual and gender diversity and the importance of self-love.
Thanks to our allies, and especially to IESA, we continue to provide tools to our geniuses to be better people and in the future have all the skills to develop their professional career in the country.
