GSI Food, a company specializing in business development for the food world, informed that its mung bean export season has already begun.
During this season, a total of 3,050 tons of this bean, also known as Chinese bean and in English as mung bean, have been exported; it is worth noting that last season more than 11 thousand tons were exported; and between 2019 and 2021 GSI Food has commercialized more than 41 thousand tons.
The mung bean is a legume of tropical origin, with a bright, bright green color and a size between 3 and 5 mm. It contains as much vitamin A as lemon, as much vitamin A as avocado, as much riboflavin as dried apple, as much niacin as banana and as much vitamin C as pineapple.
